New 112 Old sheath

I bought a white handle and black blade 112 for my nephew, for Christmas and opened the box and there was a sheath that had a sticker " Made In Mexico" I thought these were all gone, and now made in U.S.A. I could tell it was on the shelf a while the brass had a patina that needed to be cleaned.
