Here's my new 112 50th anniversary. It has a really nice box with a sleeve. The standard (made in Mexico) sheath plus a cloth pouch with drawstring included as well. Comparison with my 3 dot (c. 1980 -81) that I received as a HS graduation gift in 1982. I had my old 112 refurbished by Buck a few years back, as it had become a bit beaten over the years. The picture makes the old 112 look larger than the 50th anniv. However, it's just from the angle of my phone when I took the picture.

That's the first I heard about a cloth sack..Can you post a picture of that? There has only been a few Bucks over the years that had a cloth or even leather 'pouch' and most of them were fancy small folders.

A cloth sack is a good idea. Can't store it in the sheath if you don't want the bolsters and frame to corrode, so it's nice to have an option to protect it when stored.

Awesome to own and eventually pass down. So much quality and usefulness. Am sure won't be gettin any cheaper down the road. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks that leather sheath looks like it would last a lifetime! No cuttin corners there. The knife is a pleasure just to admire without using. Hey I am hopeless LOL
