Had a good mail day yesterday, both the scales I won from Kryptoglow (thanks again Krypto!) and a new fiftweener from Tomars showed up! I decided the krypto scales looked better on my 17 so I ended up swapping and putting micarta on the fifteen. I gave some thought to what I think Moose said in a post I read a week or so ago. He said something along the lines of how nobody gives a new Becker a chance beforewe strip, patina, re-sharpen it etc. I thought that was a good point, certainly in my case he's correct. So I made the decision to let the new 15 be for the most part, at least for a while. So far I've put micarta scales on, stropped, and put some pcb on the logo. I'm excited to see how it performs mostly stock. I have to say, with just a little stropping the edge is razor sharp.
