Just got off the tele with EKI. There's a new Super Horseman, Super Raven with hidden Wave Feature, and a Mini A-100. The best new feature on the Emersons is no more hard chrome or grey finishes. The non-black coated models now come SATIN/STONEWASHED!:eek: They'll be ready in about 10 weeks.

I just scrub that coating off to expose RAW 154-CM. :D

Anyway, got a new yob that pays well, i.e. new blade alert. Already got a Böker 5.5, Spydie Adventura and Bali-Yo... Next step is a new EKI: the idea of a Super Raven with hidden Wave makes me drooling, and I've always wanted a 12, besides that an 8 would fit me sublimely (no 7:D)

Company creditcard... Woohoo!!!
 
FWIW---I ordered a Waved CQC-7. I'll take The CQ over the HD. :eek:

I've several 7's. Sold my HD but like the 7's as a liner lock a ton. My special blade is a 99 7b. Just used to them I guess. keepem sharp

Back to the subject: so you EDC a 7? I miss my Commie, been in Germany for 2,5 weeks, only carry that crappy Fällkniven TK4. Crazy knife laws, o tempora, o mores! And I'm flying next month to a place with even stricter knife laws:(

I edc a Warren Thomas M2 but...
my First love is the CQC7B. My HD-7 is 4 sale---I think.
IMO, a Krein Grind gives a true chisel grind and really improves the blade.
 
The place where I'm moving, any EKI and other tacticals will only be collectables, period. Let's hope that I can frighten off assailant with my new Bali-Yo

Never had any problem with my Mini Commie's lock either, as you may have read in my prev. posts. I really miss that rascal, even though it teared apart most of my trousers, which leaves the ladies workless;)
