New 240mm Rader Gyuto

I just picked up this beauty from the post office. ABS M.S. Michael Rader made this beautiful pear wood 240mm Gyuto out of 52100 carbon steel. Pictures do not do this knife justice!

Very, very nice. That pear wood looks super, that was the first time I had seen it used. Hope you enjoy it the way I'm enjoying mine.

Beautiful knife Micheal. Did you harvest the pear wood yourself? It takes a nice polish. Stabilized?
