My first twin blade Buck. :)Walked into a CAL Ranch store here in Phoenix for some clothes, but meandered on over to see what I could see. Red-Tag closeout on a Chairman series with the new rounded bolsters... $14.95! I began to open the confounded blister pack with the spey of my 373, and the clerk said, "Oh, you have one just like it already?"

Good choice!
The shape of the 309 clip blade is different from that of most "clip" blades. It has very little belly and a nice point to it. I like the shape of the 309 clip because it allows me to use it as I would a Wharncliffe blade. Wonderful for opening packages or other jobs where you have to start the cut in the middle of the surface instead of at the edge.
