Here are a few pics of the new sandwich blade. 5" blade of 3/32" CPM S35VN RC 59.7, HT with cryo from Peter's, full height convex grind, black Ivory bolster with a Grn Liner, Redwood burl handle, 100% freehand done.
After ht and with the pregrind before final convexing.
Fully convexed, not sharpened.
Proper convexing does not reduce the spine width, even on 3/32".
