I am just home for lunch and only have a short bit to eat and get back to work
but when i got home i had a little present waiting for me!

initial thoughts are its slightly smaller than i imagined, and it feels like a more elegant sodbuster but with a better point. I think i am going to like this little guy :D

Congrats on the win and the new knife. It's a beaut. It does look smaller in hand than I imagined looking at pictures of the knife on it's own. Enjoy it.

Well done! What a nice surprise to have when enjoying lunch, would make it hard for me to go back to work...:D:eek:

I don't think the Talon is that small, slim maybe like the Slimline Trappper, here's a pic of the Wharncliffe version with beer bottle for scale:thumbup:

This is a great visualization that allows me to get a good feel for the size of the knife. I insist that this becomes the new standard for illustrating the size of all knives.

Good! But for proper perspective & objectivity, the bottle must be emptied first.......all helps!

Lol o said it was smaller than I expected, not that it was a peanut lol
But great comparison

tried to take a few more pics during a quiet moment at work
still not great quality, but probably better then the original pics
i will work on getting better pics over the next couple days, but wife has got me some honey do's for tonight so :p
