I've had a photon or ARC AAA (or both) on my keyring for years.

Recently I saw a new stainless steel AAAA keychain light on a popular site frequented by flashlight nuts. The site recently posted some more pics of this new light. The below pic prompted me to give this light a try despite its high cost. I'll let you know my thoughts on it when it arrives.

Do you have a link to specs (brightness, runtime, etc)?

How does it compare in those respects to the Arc?

Definitely looks nice and classy.

Will do Ryan. I'll bet if this light were titanium you would already have one on the way to you with overnight shipping. :D

Nice light. BTW those AAAA batteries are tough to find. I have a laser pointer that takes them. Radio Shack does carry them FYI.

But you can't walk into your corner supermarket or CVS and pick up a pack of AAAA's.

some 9v batteries are 6 AAAA. trouble is they aren't jacketed with mylar usually, so the out shell can be conductive. May to may not be a problem.

I’ve had the Aunoc AAAA light for just a day now; but, I think this is long enough to provide my general views on it.

First, let me say that the picture I posted at the start of this thread is what led me to buy this light. The light is as good looking in the flesh as it is in the picture – it’s also a quality keychain light. It’s well made, waterproof to extreme, and nearly as bright the newest ARC AAA Premium with only slightly less beam spill. What sets the Aunoc apart from an ARC AAA or Peak LED keychain light? Primarily its looks – this is one good looking light! One could also hawk its stainless steel construction as being stronger than aluminum and less likely to dent or deform when subjected to being dropped on a hard rough surface such as concrete.

Will the Aunoc’s runtime compete well with an ARC AAA? I certainly would not think so – the Aunoc’s AAAA battery has less than half the capacity of a AAA battery and therefore one should only expect about half the ARC’s runtime at best. However, FlashlightReviews.com will be doing a full review on this light soon; so, details on the Aunoc’s runtime/brightness specifics are coming for those interested. Additionally, with a AAA battery light, you have the option to use a lithium battery that provides a flatter discharge and cold weather tolerance. The Aunoc’s limited to alkaline AAAAs.

With batteries installed but the ARC AAA’s clip removed, the Aunoc seemed a little heavier by feel alone than my ARC AAA with a lithium battery. Yet, when I weighed them on a postal scale, they came up the same -- 0.6 ounces each. They are also the same length.

What I liked best about the Aunoc: It’s made of stainless steel and it’s good looking. Clearly, I think the Aunoc’s good looks are its strong suit. In fact, this light would go well with a suit.

What I disliked about the Aunoc: Its $60 cost. It also has some battery rattle. But, I easily fixed the battery rattle problem with some tape around the AAAA battery.

For more than two years, I’ve thought the ARC AAA is the best overall keychain light there is; I’ve not yet changed my mind on this. But, I now own the best looking keychain light too.
