I just received a new RatManDu from a forum member "messer454" - and I became a believer, instantly.
this is my first quality fixed blade, and I just don't understand how could I live without any Rat, Hog, Dog in the family, so looong.
The problem (is it a problem, really??!) is, that I feel my dark fate, a beginning of a new addiction to Rats and Busses...
This is my first "real" post, so a short introduction should follow:
I'm 39 years old, live in Hungary, Eu.
I've lurked on the forum for a time, great info from a great bunch of maniacs!
I'm addicted to Nature, especially to water. I'm a flyfishing - maniac, enjoy diving, and occasionally spearfishing.
I play drums, too, so my "equipment - junkiness" comes from these activities what I do.
To finance my REAL life I have to work...I work as an art director, and creative leader in ad agencies. My "art" side appreciates the aesthetical perfectness of a well constructed blade.
I trained some martial arts, kendo the longest.
So the blade-addiction was in me already.
I've been attracted to knifes and different blades for long time, but just a few years ago started to get some quality blades as BM710, Rukus, and my little dark BeckerNecker(three of them, actually...).
But I feel...the madness just starts...
I'll try to cut some things in the woods at the weekend with my RMD...I must
