Stopped by a local knife shop today and picked up a BK17(and a GEC bullnose). I've gotta say, I'm pretty darned impressed! So much so that I've already got a 16 on the way! The only downside is that I wish they'd come out 3-4 years ago! It would've saved me a lot of the money that I spent on ESEE's, BRKT's, and Fallkniven's! I honestly think these "tweeners" are one of the best values going. IMO they're quality far outweighs the asking price and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! If anyone is on the fence about these, grab one(or all three). You wont be disappointed! Mine will be a welcome addition to my 9,2, and 14!
