New Alan Davis custom arrived.

I have been waiting and waiting to be quick enough to grab up one of Alan's folders. Was finally in the right place at the right time. This Mammoth bark / Mokume bolsters gentleman's folder arrived yesterday .... but didn't get around to taking any pics until today. Alan does some fine work .... but I am sure anyone with his knives already knows that!

That made my day!!!! It's usually me thinking that very thought when someone snatches up a knife I would really like to have!! Honestly .... this thing looks better and better the longer I admire it. Everything just works so well together, giving it that well-aged heirloom appearance.
