So I grabbed a new American Lawman today. And I have to say, compared to my original AL, the new one is better in every way. This is the first CS that I have bought in a long time that I felt the quality matched the price.

I still have an issue with the Tri-Ad lock in some models...In my original AL, the lock release is very easy to use. My older AK-47 is difficult to release, like this new AL. Now I do like the idea behind it and the strength, but the use is hit and miss in my CS collection.
 
congrats on your newest. i like the new ones as well, but i also liked the old models.
 
In my opinion CS has done a good job on their newest stuff. I compared an aus8 mini ak47 with a Cts XHP one and the newer one the g10 was thinner making it lighter and more pocketable.

I never had an issue with AUS-8, but did with the pants destroying G10 they used. The thinness is nice on the new AL, and the texture is perfect. Close to what everyone else is doing and not a pant killer.

And I know this will dork some off. But, I find the new AL beats my PM2....where the older one, just didn't do it.
