So i just picked up a new Large Micarta Insingo Sebenza. It's got s35vn steel. With the Micarta inlays and Insingo blade, it might be one of the most comfortable and useful knives I've ever owned.

I have owned many Sebenzas over the years and this might be my second favorite of all time. Only second to my trusted companion and EDC for 4 years, a Large Regular Sebenza, shown below in the pics for comparison.

Enjoy!

I would have to agree, the Micarta inlays are very comfortable in the hand. Congrats on the score!

I agree with you 100%, I retired my beloved BG-42 large reg after ten years of service and replaced it with an Umnumzaan. The Umnumzaan is a nice knife and a marvel of engineering but I never warmed to it. When the Insingo came along with the inlays it fulfilled my hopes and desires.

That last picture is interesting looking with those two blades side by side...nice!
