Well, hardened S30V is hard as ****. I spent almost 5 hours modifying my new ZT 0301, and well it looks quite a bit different, grinding the blade was a SLOW process. Of course, most of that was stopping to cool the blade; if this is wasn't tempered, I'd been done much faster. This is my first real mod outside stone washing and polishing.
The original shape of the 0301 just looks silly to me.
Tools used: A dremel, Leatherman Wave file, and sand paper.

Here I slipped with the Dremel, lucky is just scratched the DLC alittle... Oh well it's a user.

I also slipped once and nicked about an 1/8 of the tip while grinding the clip point... So i had to being the clip down a little more.
All and all I think I did pretty good on my first try and considering it's a $200 knife. I might refine the grind a little more with find sand paper, maybe polish it. I'm not sure yet I just cleaned it up. It pierces better which is what I wanted, doesn't have a goofy wide blade, and Look's like one of my favorite blade shapes (the Ontario Utilitac).
