My Bullet Jack is "smooth bone" (not to be confused with the "smooth ivory bone" currently found on #15s and others; the Bullet Jack's bone has a rougher texture, and varying degrees of 'pioneer' coloration fro knife to knife):

I am fond of the Northwoods #25's chunky aesthetic, including the relatively hefty blade, although I did thin out the edge of mine. As a point of reference, other #25s have the slim-slicing flat ground blades more typical of GEC's offerings. There's an ongoing array of #25s in
