I wanted a heavy duty sheath for my new G10 ASH so I made one out of .125 kydex. Here it is.

It carries real well after carrying a Glock IWB for years. You would be surprised how comfortable it is.

I have a new hog name. It is RedHOG44p:cool::thumbup:.

Awesome job on the sheath.

I need something for mine. I might as well break out the kydex too.

Thank you Silas. The first sheath I made for it was .060. The ASH has too much hutzpah for a wimpy sheath so I whipped out the .125. Working with kydex is a blast.

Believe it or not it rides like a charm. My Glock 23 took up a lot more room. With my shirt untucked it it invisible. You can't get the detail in the sheath like you can with the thinner kydex but Busse is not about thin its about kickin arse and takin names under severe conditions. That .125 kydex suits the ASH.

I got that exact knife in the mail today. What a sweet combo!!:D
How is the Double cut standing up to the kydex?

I can see some kydex scratches. I can easily loosen the area up with a heat gun if it bothers me. The knife is a user though so no worries about some scratches.

NICE JOB... I like how you made that IWB 'hook'... I've never seen it done that way. Very cool!

If you gents keep saying these nice things I may have to run out to the shop and make another sheath.:D;)
