New ASP Watch

Just wanted to share.
I picked up an ASP Commander I watch this week.
I haven't had a new watch since the mid-90's. Figured it was time.

as it is too tight to wear. They contacted me Friday and said they would ship Monday. :thumbup:

Thanks for the link and that is a nice Haul.
I also own Kershaw, but I just have a hand full in my collection so far.

Wanted to update this and forgot. On that Friday when I found out
I needed more links for it to fit right, I contacted ASP via email. They
replied and said they could send some out. I said GREAT!, here is my address.
It didn't occur to me at the time, but he didn't ask for any money for
parts or shipping. I've had rings resized and it costs.

I'm sitting at work the following Monday and one of the girls brings
in the mail from the Post Office.
Envelope for me from ASP with 3 pins, 2 links and a NO CHARGE invoice for
the mentioned items. Heck, I was ready to pay for parts and shipping.

That is customer service. :thumbup:

It is a great watch btw. I have a couple of old Seiko Automatics, a 20 yr old Seamaster I've never worn, junky Timex.
This is by far the best of the lot IMHO.

Still running strong. Had to send it in when I knocked out the tritium bezel indicator. (Ran into a steel pipe, ouch). Took only a couple of weeks and was sent back nice and fixed up.
Excellent customer service. :thumbup:
