From a Boker press release:

Introducing The New H&K Tactical Folder By Boker—In Collaboration With Heckler & Koch Giving The Term “Tactical Knife” A Whole New Meaning.

For more than four decades Heckler & Koch of Oberndorf, Germany has been a leading worldwide manufacturer of police and military weapons. For more that 130 years Boker Baumwerk of Solingen, Germany has been a leading worldwide manufacturer of superb quality high-tech cutlery. In a collaborative effort with H&K, Boker has combined their 170+ years of weaponry and knife know-how to develop a tactical folder incorporating the design elements of the H&K P2000 pistol.
This new tactical folder’s unbreakable handle, based on the P2000 pistol grip, is made of fiberglass reinforced Polyamid. This anti-slip surface combined with the ergonomic contour of our handle provides a comfortable fit and excellent control. Thumb stud allows for one-handed operation and a back lock secures the blade with confidence. A new detail—the thumb stud incorporates florescent material for easy identification. A true ambidextrous knife, the clip can be mounted on either side of the handle. For the blade material we have employed the super-steel, X-15 T.N, the most corrosion resistant stainless steel available, which also boasts the same cutting power of high-grade stainless steels like 440C and ATS-34 with its Rockwell hardness of 58.
