A new beginning can begin in many ways. It is time. So, the mourning tiger is retired. A new one enters the arena.

Hope you like the new avatar. The Nepali flag is tribute to Bill's House. The Tiger reflects my own Chinese birth year sign, something I believe strongly in.

Now the fun part. There are two Devanagari characters on the left, my initials.

First person to email me with the correct translation into English gets a prize. ;)

Yep, you guessed it. I'll mail the lucky winner a MRE, manufactured 2004. My choice of which- some of them are good. :barf: :D

Mods, if I'm not allowed to do this, please let me know.

Meanwhile, back to the party. Attached is a picture of me with Paris Hilton and some babes.

Ad Astra :p :footinmou

I didn't know there was a Hilton in Paris...and what were you doing there anyway?

(Please note that I am *not* entering the contest! I have eaten enough MRE's to last the lifetime of an average toilet bowl)

Not a problem if money is not involved. There are often giveaways on Bladeforums.

So far Steve is the only one to write something that looks like letters. (I'm sure "Ta" and "Da" must be Nepalese letters.) Steve just might win by default and have to eat the MRE.

Poor Steve...and such a nice guy too!

:barf:

(Please note that I *still* not entering the contest!)

emails are pouring in.

Surprising answer in the morning.

Stay tuned.

and nobody has to EAT the MRE. I only have to send it.

I have 4-5 cases of meal plan "A" and "B". I will allow the "winner" to pick which entree, if they wish. An MRE is like a Christmas present- from an ambivalent Santa. Full of things which- outwardly- appear to be good. You can't screw up matches, for example. But the burrito meal... ugh... promise I won't send THAT to any forumite.

Your avatar should be issued as postage stamps by the Nepalese government.

Ladies & Gentlemen, we have a Winner(s)...

mPisi provided the correct answer, as did Mamav, just moments later. I'll call it a tie.

Email me with mailing addresses and I'll send you each one of the more edible MRE's, like the meatloaf or spaghetti.

Honorable mention goes to .45-70 who may have truly won, by NOT having to eat an MRE.

Thanks to everybody except stevomiller.

Found out LATER, eh? I knew all along.

LOL Thank you very much.....I'm sure the gathering attendees will be praying the mail doesn't arrive too soon.:D

You mean there was actually someone else with math to avoid that took the time to look those up??? It was a good thing I looked them up. I actually found out the for real definition of a greeting that Kazi has been sending me for a couple years now. So I learned something :D I had a kind of definition before that  what can I say. U'ld a thot I'd a thunk to look b4:rolleyes:

Your avatar is cool. I agree with the Nepali stamp thing. Maybe you should send it in to them.

Yay, I'll have to tell my wife that marrying her was worth it after all :D
DIdn't have to look it up, but I did have to endure a lecture on proper pronunciation ;)
