Got a new Bud K magazine today (I know, it's full o' crap) and saw these for $16.95:

They resemble Jags in the handles but have, in my opinion, a nicer looking blade. I've never seen any exactly like these, I might have to buy one.

Yah the swedge looks deeper but I dont like that hilt(to rounded) I like them sort of pointed.

I don't know.. I, personally, like the look of the Jags better; but I wouldn't mind getting my hands on one of those... just to own one, you know.

Yeah, those look like copys of Jags which are copys of BM and PC International Series.

Nice looking blades, but don't expect too much if you order one. For a "collector" that is not a bad price, but I can get new, real Jaguars for a couple dollors more. In fact, I just got two a couple weeks ago.

I think the blade is a lot thiner on those, but Im not sure. And as for the crack about making them even cheaper; I think that says something about the jags if companys are making knock offs of a knock off. Then again, those could be knock offs of the BM/PC. Depends on how you look at it. Every think is just a matter of perspective.

>>Our friend JohnR7 might have them in stock.

I do have some of the BK/SL with an older style blade on them. They are pretty nice for Taiwan made knives. But they do also make that same style in China, by the WYL company. I have a few of those left in all black. When the WYL importer in New York was going out of business he wanted to sell me all of his remaining inventory of that one. I only took 5 dozen of them and now if I could go back and get them all I would. It was a good selling item for me. But really for $4 more the Taiwan made one is much better. The China one sold for $8 and I sell the Taiwan one for $12, plus $3 shipping. I have a few of the China made one's left because I quit running the auction on those when I got down to my last dozen. Thanks, JohnR7 www.BalisongKnife.com

Here is a photo of the China made butterfly knives that I was selling on ebay in 11/99, two years ago. The BK/SL and the fancy one, thanks to customs are not available right now.

Sure they're Jag copies but I have to say, I like the deeper swedge. I don't however like the plastic insert handle thingies so I'll save my money.
