New Baliyo Issue

Hello members of blade forums! I'm back with another question, and as you can see from the title it is about my new Spyderco Baliyo. I just got it today, and it is my second baliyo. My first one has tight screws, but this one had loose screws out of the box. I tried to tighten them, but the screws just endlessly turn (the driver is the right size for the screw.) Does anyone else have this "endless screw rotation" problem? Thanks! P.S. I got it off of amazon.
