I got this Bark River Brovo 1 on a recent trade. The kydex sheath was excellent but I wanted something a bit more functional. This knife is and will be , my one and only bushcraft/survival fixed blade knife. I had Harry of Savage Made Sheaths make this one up for me last week. The fit and finish of the sheath is excellent, and it is made up of very nice harness leather . I had him put a fire steel loop on and it turns out that my Fallkniven stone and the firesteel striker fit in the standard pouch on the sheath perfectly. I was so pleased with the setup I decided to post it. I have never done this before with my own gear.

Very nice set up! If you are only going to have one outdoor knife the Bravo 1 will certainly handle anything you can throw at it.

Aside from what you have yet to realize will become an untrue statement...that is a good looking rig!

Nice setup. The Bravo is a great blade. My first high end fixed blade, and my first forum purchase from Tarmix101 (where is that guy!!) Definatly one of my favorites.

I have 6 of Harry's sheaths ....7th is on it's way.... that one for a Tequila FSH. Harry has always been a gentleman and his work is top notch. For all my leather work .... I call on Harry first.

We have never met but as noted, I am one happy customer.

Regards

Aubrey

Yeah, you know, that's nice.

It's always good, once you've found something that works for you to get a custom rig made for it.
