How about a picture of you with that new puppy standing next to your gutted and skinned hanging deer, elk, moose, prarie dog?

I think the Bark Rivers are way too sharp for the average knife user. One slip and you are in for a trip to the ER for stitches, if you don't bleed out first.

Mine is the "Huntsman" model with a blade guard. Perfect size. I like the A2 steel and the convex edge (which you rarely see on other knives).

DGG, get over it. Knives are supposed to be sharp.
A sharp knife is a safe knife.
A sharp knife will cut easily, therefore you won't be putting excessive force on it (when you are actually cutting something).
If you do slip it is much easier to recover with a sharp knife, than it is when you are forcing a dull one.
A sharp knife goes where you want it to.
Now if you are playing with your knives (and I'm not saying you are), it is a different story.
