3/16" 1095 high carbon steel
White oak, steel pins, brass lanyard, file work and cross-hatchet cuts.

Not only attractive, it's a practical looking knife too. I really like it.
 
Beautiful camp knife! Well thought out. You made it very traditional and rustic but refined. I really like the cross hatch on the handle; it reminds me of teepee campground signs.
 
Awesome. Looks like something a mountain man would have been proud to own!

It looks like a really handy knife, just simple enough in design, and execution to look really nice (I think I'm wording my thoughts correctly)

Very very cool! This is the kind of style that would sell like hot cakes at our local Civil War reenactment/encampment. Very rustic and traditional, I love it!
