New basic user trying to post

I'm a new user basic unpaid membership. I read in the rules that I could post want to buy threads. Is that possible? I don't see the post option when in the exchange area. Where would I post a WTB or looking for thread?
 
You cannot see the other threads and they are there hundreds of them, only those with the membership to sell can see those. Otherwise the entire system would be for nothing.
