Cool!
Hopefully I'll be joining the ranks, too. Got some other things to throw money at first (re-upping my membership here, for one...), but hopefully soon.
Congratulations!

Welcome, and I hope you have as much fun with it as I do.

No such thing as being bored when you have that much info to peruse!

:D

Welcome and congratulations!!

#2292 huh?? BCCI has been signing up quite a few new members because I got my membership earlier this year and am #2245.

Well RB it's about time!

Congratulations and welcome to the club:thumbup:

Go into the BCCI web site, you can read all of the past news letters. Also, go to the model history tab and go all the way to the bottom of the page to the special order/limited edition info. These two items are worth the price of your membership alone. Oh, there is also the BCCI knives.

Enjoy it all;)

A member can also download all the stuff, most as pdf files, to their own computer. I've found that once that was done, access to them was much faster than going to the website and waiting for them to load there. If you have them on your hard drive, you can access them anytime, online or not.

I've only been a member since this past spring, But the two newsletters I have received and the one knife I bought with the club discount was well worth joining for! I hope to upgrade to Life member on the next renewal.
I think Buck has more of a "Silent following" than many of the knife brands on the market. It's one of the things I like about them. It's a very squared away group of professionals behind the scenes!

I think it's great that more of you folks are joining the BCCI. Now what you need to do is start attending knife shows and actually meeting other members and checking out their displays. The quality and detail our members put into their displays and the knowledge they have and are always willing to share is truely astounding! Every member that I have corresponded with and or met in person has been fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better/niceer group of guys and gals to associate with and share a common interest.

Here's a link to the club website. There are a couple of things to look at without joining up. There are more benefits from the website when you join. Histories of various models, copies of all the newsletters, chances to bid on Buck knives and internal forum where you can place want adds. Oh, did I mention a discount on buying Buck knives.....some folks think that is good. Ask more questions if you are interested.......300Bucks
