Hi everyone, new Beckerhead here! :D
BK&T is awesome, my favorite brand of knives along with Mora and Victorinox.

Their only problem... sheats that dull the blade. Hope they'll fix it soon. :thumbup:

Welcome. Remedy to sheath issue: Sharpen knife, install & remove from sheath 100-200 times, while periodically touching up the edge. Problem solved. :D
 
Indeed. my remedy to that is consuming the inner sheath with a serrated table knife. now it's much better, but I'd like some proper factory sheaths!

They have....seeing as you have the "older" edition knives with the stamped/roll marked logos, you also have the older styled sheath that appears to belong to another knife with what looks like the shape of a tanto style blade. The new sheaths are formed to the exact shape of the blade. Your 24 should have the new style/improved sheath.

Both of my BK-11's are roll stamped and have the newer designed sheath. I think it was probably only the first batch that had the tanto sheaths.

That may or may not be the case; there is no guarantee that if you order a knife from a web store that carries the older roll marked BK's, that you will get an updated sheath. I doubt any of the newer production, laser etched BK 11's come with older production sheaths.
