So yesterday my wonderful girlfriend gave me the thing in the picture below. It has my beckerhead number on it. :D
Going to have to break it in here soon.

WoW. That's like the double/triple. Plus awesome, understanding SWMBO? Friend, buy lottery tickets. LOTS of them.

I suspect that if I ever get a knife from my spouse, it will be buried about three inches deep before I have a chance to say "thank you".
I take that back.....she did give me a nice 6" chef's knife in 1998.....
 
I absolutely LOVE my 12! I think you'll find that it's the most versatile of all Becker knives. And if you put micarta on it, it'll be even better.

Don't forget to buy that girlfriend an engagement ring! She's a keeper. ;)

I don't have any beckers with micarta just yet, but the 12 will probably be the first to get it when I get around to getting it.
 
I'm sure your girlfriend would be blushing if she were reading this thread right now. Man, she must be so cool and funny and pretty. And she was probably ecstatic that she was able to get you something so awesome and you probably deserve it for being so good to her and giving her lots of cool knives too...

It's like the Becker love-in. The BK&T forum and all you other Beckerheads just ROCK! Very awesome of you Dex, as well as DM's supergirl.
 
The only knife my ex-wife ever gave me was the one in the back during divorce proceedings....:grumpy:
