This knife is great, I think I'm in love :D. I knew it was gonna be big but I guess you don't realize just how big it really is until you get it in hand. And I guess you don't realize how capable the BK2 is until you go out and destroy something with it. I only had a little while to play around with it today but it blew through a 4'' log in no time, It's an impressive chunk of steel. I added a band to the sheath to keep it from flopping over, now it rides nicely on my belt even without the retention snap in place. I also added some old cards and some vinyl tape to make the belt loop smaller and attached a Leatherman sheath, and wrapped almost 10 ft. of 550 paracord around the sheath as well. I think this will be an excellent hiking, camping, fishing, wrecking ball of a knife and I look forward to many outings with it!

With everyone getting new ones I think I better order another, glad to hear you like it.

it one of my best knives....

Nice! I'm thinking I'll need to get one soon also. Congratulations on your new addition.

And there it is. First blood :grumpy: I accidentally knocked it off my desk and on the way to the floor it just barely grazed my wrist. At least I know it slices flesh well

haha :D

If you don't show your BK love it will bite you...

You have been warned

It's your knife now!! Don't let anyone else touch it, or you may be bitten again.....

I am a new Becker guy. I have found out that the BK-2 slices flesh just as well as it splits wood.

No pictures (sorry). I got a deer recently but in my hurry to get away from the family and holiday stuff and into the woods that evening I forgot my normal hunter (H1).

When the deer was down I had to choose between a Peanut pocketknife and the BK-2 that lives in the bottom of my bag as a firewood tool.

The BK-2 (convexed) worked way better than I ever believed such a large knife would have. I am a believer through experience.

Great Knife.
