Hello,

I have just bought a brand new BK9 from amazon. Once the knife has arrived, I notice there is no stamp on the blade. Wonder if it's an issue or not?

Thanks in advance!

Does it have the laser engraving instead or is it completly blank? If its blank you're one of the very few who have a completly sterile BK-9...Use it or keep it as a collectors item. Welcome to the forums by the way.

Thanks a lot, CamH_16!

WOW lucky me! It's blank. BTW, so this is only a cosmetic issue, right?

Chinese copy. I'll take it as evidence. :D

stone95, welcome to Bladeforums. Pics would help.

Most likely, it slipped past the stamping or engraving process. What sort of coating does it have?

I bet tradewater would regrind it for you.

Yea id like to see a picture too. so your saying there is no markings what so ever on the blade? stamped, laser engraved, etched, nothing?

It happens. Someone once posted up a Camillus 5 that left the plant without any stampings.

Damn guyon, i been trying to avoid seeing pictures of the 4 because its the last normal production becker i want and cant get it for a while

well besides the bk10 when it comes back out.

Sounds like you lucked out on that 9. Welcome to the forums. Like others have said: pic's please!

That would be a neat one to have.

I recently picked up a BK9 that the stamp is back by the handle. A little of the B is actually under the handle.
