New black-handled BM42

I took a peek in the Metro Mall here in Phoenix, and took a turn into the local knife shop, and what to my wondering eyes would appear, but a black handeled butterfly in the benchmade display... I couldn't believe my eyes, and I thought it was misplaced, but I took a closer look and ... ITS A BM 42! :eek:

The sticker is typical for a mall-knife $170 :barf: but I thought I would let you all know... I just wish it had Benchmade's teflon coated blade, then I would have a balance on my credit card again :D
 
Good to see ya on the boards again! I used the addy you had to the patents and got some neat stuff. Now they charge $175 a month to check patents out and download the info!!!!!!!! Sorry to get off subject but that's worse than a $170 black handled 42!:eek:
