So I decided that I needed a new knife to keep me occupied until the Tweeners arrive

So I bought a Heavy Bowie and USN Mark 1
They will be here today, and I will post pics when they arrive.

WOot!!!

I LOVE that Heavy Bowie, its a great blade. And the MKI is just awesome. I own both, and love them to death.

Pics, or out come the torches and hayforks.

Nice, man. Got a BK9 and a TDI Last Ditch on the way myself (and an Izula, and an opinel No. 9, and a big Leatherman, and a...) :D

I picked up an LDI "Bootlace" knife at SHOT.

Those damn things are pointy, and MEAN, albeit small.

Congrats on all of the steel guys, sounds like it should be a good week for everyone.

I actually ordered some of my own... but its not for me (got a little SAK executive, a Victorinox Santoku, and the Joy of Cooking for my wife. You know, to get on her good side before the tweeners are released :)).

And also I was looking around for a blade for a buddy of mine and almost pulled the trigger on a Condor Bushlore. Only the thought of a BK17 kept me from doing so.

I been trying to imagine where I'm gonna put it, so far, the best place I have found, is on the the back of my badge holder. :D

I'll eventually put it the laces of my jungle boots, I'm pretty sure.

Damn thing has a needle point tip, the guys and gals that make these, got it down pat. As far as cutters go, it ain't gonna replace your bushcrafter, for sure, but for a "Last Ditch Knife", I can think of few better.

mine's getting some velcro and will go on the side of my driver's seat, right hand.

Nice. I talked with John Benner about it some. His purpose behind this little guy, is six different ways of wicked.

Soft tissue, easy to reach areas, razor sharp steel. Damn.
