new BOB, great service

After your guys help, I decided to get a Camelbak Motherlode for my survival kit. I really like it. There are plenty of different storage areas and it works out great. I bought it used off of Ebay and when I got it there was only one problem. Since it was used, half of the sternum strap was missing. I emailed Camelbak and explained the situation, that it was used and no doubt out of warranty. I promptly received a response that said they would ship me one out asap! No worries! So in less that a weeks time I got a new strap. That's what I call a great pack with great customer service! (ok, they sent khaki instead of coyote brown, but I'm not gonna loose sleep over it)

This is my first Camelbak, but I'm sold. It seems to be an exceptional company.
