New Boker Book

Two countries? I always thought Boker had manufactured in four (Germany, Argentina, China, and USA). Still though I'd like to check out this book. The sample pages on the site seem well written and put together. Let us know if you order a copy and what you thought of it.

I do have the book and it is fantastic.
It has a great deal of history and information combined with so many beautiful pictures of Boker knives from the mid 1800s to present time.
While Boker knives were made in different places over time, there were just two Boker companies and it is well explained in the book.

I absolutely can recommend this book! I received mine two weeks ago, and even we from Boker Solingen are impressed by the depth and the quality of the research and the effort the authors put into this project.

Please take this posting as the "Official Boker Recommendation"!

Thanks Marc!
You'll notice we left a small blank space on the front cover. That would be the perfect place for a Boker Baumwerk 150th Anniversary celebration sticker!
I'm looking forward to seeing the new patterns, handle materials, and special commemorative shields you will have available for 2019.
This should be a great year for Boker. Hope to see you again at the BLADE show this year.

It is so rewarding to discover a new knife company. What I mean is I compare it to being on the high seas after leaving your beloved homeland of Buck sailing on the SS Spyderco with strong winds behind your billowing sails. But the wind has become calm the sails barely fluttering while the fog has visibility to a minimum.
Just as all hope of seeing land again seems lost the fog lifts and the wind gust and through your spyglass you see land ho!!
That land you soon discover is BOKER!!
