Hey Everybody.....

I want to share with you the great news that my friend Tony Nester of Ancient Pathways wilderness survival school has just published an excellent addition to any outdoorsman's library........The MODERN HUNTER-GATHERER is exactly what it purports to be a PRACTICAL guide to living off the land.......Tony is one of the best instructors I know and his stuff WORKS because he has used it and has USED IT IN THE FIELD...... If it doesen't wor, it isn't in there.......Tony always tries to reduce a problem to its most basic and easily understood components and this slim tome will give you more USEFULL info than a bunch of books on my shelf five times as thick.......His other books have an honored place on my bookshelves and this is his best yet....

I just got this book the other day The Modern Hunter-Gatherer after seeing a post by Becker forums. It gives some good basic ideas and tips for hunting, and gathering, trapping, and be able to have food to eat while living off the land or in a survival situation. There is a lot of pictures that show good detail. You can read the whole book in an afternoon but it is a good one that can be gone back to time and time again. It also gives resources for supplies, other reading,and where to learn more. For $16.95 I think it is worth having on the shelves. Doug
