anyone have the new ones to compare yet?
I'm mostly wondering on the balance of the G-10 vs Micarta

I jumped on the LE, G-10 but i don't want it to be to handle heavy
 
G-10 is less blade heavy than the Black Paper, but then again the G-10 one has the blood groove...

Do you have to request the blood groove or does it automatically come with a G-10 handle choice? What about the Double Cut option? Also, how does this work with the LE version?

As far as I know, the blood grooves were only offered in the proto versions, not the version currently being offered.

Double cut means bead blast, it's a dull gray finish.

And what do you mean by "how does this work with the LE version?" Serial number wise, your number is assigned to when you place your order. Grind wise, all of them are saber ground.
 
Yeah, the current CG and LE's do not have a blood groove. Only the proto.
