I'm a big Bowie fan, especially Bagwells, but I needed a new one to replace my old Cold Steel Laredo so I looked around and then I gave Tad Lynch an email.
So we talked over some designs and I drew a few sketches and sent a few pictures and he's in the process of making me a new big Bowie for my belt.
Here's a pic he sent me this morning of the knife in progress. It's all the components sitting on his mighty fine anvil just begging to be put together. The blade is Don Hanson W2 and is rough ground here and is about 11 3/4 inch long. It will have a sharpened clip and more than probably a killer hamon too. The handle will be stag with wrought iron fittings and a wrought iron frog on the sheath too.
Best,
Pootsy
