E-blast just came out. They look pretty cool. Limited to 100 of each style. Anyone going to order one?

passed on them but grabbed a 916 with what appears to be a bigger useable handle....i shall see anyways?

also see the ranger 112 with s35vn listed.

If that 112 had a hollow grind I'd be all over it. I got the lil Jack a while ago and I'm not a fan of the flat grind. Looks really nice, and real wood!?!? That's pretty dang cool...

I didn't catch that it had solid wood. ..that does make a difference. Super steels are always cooler than 420 but I don't think I'll ever use the S35VN because all the 112's with it I put away in the rare odd 112 collection. Same thing with the D2 from SK but I'm hoping to get 2 or 3 next year and have Leroy rehandled them. I can't think of a better base for a custom in D2..but maybe S35VN.

the 112 ranger has solid Macassar ebony from the old days in el cajon---it was an archive find--the handles are NOT dymondwood..
Is the knife an archive find or just the handles? If the complete knife, when was it made?

I am very tempted to buy the cocobolo 116 for my son's who just bought the set from Sam's. But I think the brass is going to be a bit much weight for such a small knife.

I couldn't resist getting the 121, & 116 stag handles for myself. A great start towards a stag set. Two hard to find knives in any handle.

Only (29) stag 116 capers & (21) stag 121 guides made.

just the new wood handles are from days past---the knives were assembled within the last couple months I believe with all new components....

After the bad time I had with the two Fourth of July ones with the red, white and blue handles, I will pass.....

Not from the BCCI site, but they have this 112 on the buck site...I ordered one... Nickel Bolsters, S35v, limited to 55 pieces....

I'm grabbing a Sambar Guide. Can't resist the Guide with a Idaho blade and stag.

Sambar stag had pretty limited availability for a while.

Is this old stock or a new source?

I wish the slabs were something other than the standard Dymondwood but price is hard to beat and it's foolish to think that a limited piece like this wont appreciate in price...

My granddaughter's know. .My son knows ..What Pap wants for Christmas....
