There was only one knife on the list that I was interested in. Took my family out to lunch and it is no longer available, I'll take that as a sign that it was too good to be true.

I would have bought a couple of the 111s, but Buck offered the same knife just before Christmas last year and I bought two then.
I left one as bought. The other I added presentation grade Arizona desert ironwood to...and I really like it!

I'm the kind of woodworker that cuts a board 3 times and it's still to short..Stumps the ironwood looks perfect! I have always liked the looks of burl and fancy grain.

Your terrific choice of Arizona desert ironwood reminds me of 30 million year old Arizona fire agate with its inner reddish glow:

Received my 111 today however Photobucket seems to be having issues again as it won't allow me to upload photos, just keeps asking me to log in again.

Anyway the knife and sheath are perfect. Sheath has the angle cut pouch and is stamped 111. The knife is perfect and attractive. Centered, sharp, no blade play. Overall a very nice addition to the horde and one I will be hard pressed not to hang on my belt tomorrow. Will try to get pics posted when possible. All in all I'm glad I caught the site when these were available and pulled the trigger on one. Thanks Buck!
