Alright folks I picked up the knife from Bud yesterday, and visited his shop.

This knife is a brand new prototype he'll be releasing for the first time at ECCKS this March, you guys will be getting the first look here.

This knife has a lot of new features for Bud, he's combined the MCS, and MASS carry systems for the first time with this knife, the pattern is new for him, more of a utility/tactical stye blade with a Drop Point.

Steel is ATS 34, with a flat grind,(also new for Bud) textures G10 scales with a birdsbeak at the tail of the handle.

First impressions, I like the shape of the knife, it supports many different styles of grip very comfortably.

I haven't really checked out the new sheath system but I like the idea of the clip on the sheath and I can already see it clipped to sunvisor of the car.

Here are a couple of pics to tease and I'll make up the passaround order and post it later.

OAL 7 5/8"
Blade Lenth 3 1/2"
Blade width 1/8"
Handle width 3/8"

Cool, thanks for the pics! I like Nealy's style, but the closest I've been to one of "his" knives was an EV Chavar. I like the thin, trim style these guys have.

Try Kurt Meerdinks knives, Kurt's a full-time custom maker from upstate NY he's been featured in Blade, Tactical Knives, Knives Illustrated, and Handgunner Magazine. Kurt learned from Bud Nealy, and has been making knives on his own since 1991, similar styles.

Nealy´s knives are really sleek and discreet. I have been inspired by then since I first saw one.
