New Bulldog

At some point (not sure when) Frost Cutlery bought the Bulldog brand, and of course started making them in China. I picked up a set and they seem well built. The fit and finish are good, and they're even Rockwell tested.
I've never thought much of anything coming from China (especially knives), but maybe China is not as bad as they used to be. From what I've read on the forums, it seems that Pakistan is the new China (as far as knives go).

Does anyone have any real world experience with these?

This forum is rife with Made in China threads and comments. Surprisingly, opinions are divided.

China manufactures knives in a wide range of quality. Having held Bulldog folders I don't consider that brand to be in the higher end, as indicated by their price category.
