I have been making five knives this week one of them a Bushcrafter. I received an email from a member that purchased one from me not to long ago and was looking for another. I already had this one ground and heat treated so I asked if he wanted it. He was wanting a 5" handle with around a 3.5" blade and beefy handle. This one has about a 4 3/4" handle with 3.5" blade. Anyway long story short he hasn't seen the pic yet!!!! I don't know if he will want it because of the handle but I think as soon as he sees the wood it will be a deal sealer. If not, its going up for sale here. This pic is with just one quick coat of oil. Im going to give it the attention it deserves and wet sand with mulitple coats of oil. It is without a doubt the finest wood I have ever seen in person or worked with.
WHAT YA THINK?????????????????????

Looks great Chris. The wood on that handle turned out really well, love the light and dark color contrast.
By the way, what kind of wood is that?

I see the pin configaration we discussed is working out! I like the wood!!! Yummy

That wood is gorgeous, and the three pins making a triangle are pretty cool. Kinda looks like an arrow, "this point forward"

Thanks guys. I want to keep this one for myself! After I saw it I emailed my wood guy and asked him to save every board he gets that looks like that. Im going to have Walnut all over the place!
