I'd actualy pass. I carried a decent Hawk for a day or two in country and it wasn't nearly as useful (to me) as you'd think. Cumbersome as all hell, and not enough cutting edge to justify not being able to get the point across. YMMV. I'll stick with a nice recurve fighter, and yes- I like a little bit of teeth on mine.

Yep, you're right. We can't carry a cutting torch or bolt cutters everywhere. But, on second thought, I do miss having a good hawk or hatchet in all my vehicles.
