New to the forum and could use a little help...

I recently acquired a new edc Busse and am trying to get a handle on it's lineage. I think it's one of the MS variants but haven't been able to find another one like it. Any support this crowd can offer would be appreciated.

Let me first say Welcome aboard and really nice score ! Congrats !!

I'm no expert but to me looks like a AMS satin variant with either Black and Tan or green and black G10 handle. Hard to see the colors on my phone. Really sweet custom shop knife, probably from one of the shows. I'm sure someone with more knowledge than I will be along soon :)
Again congrats and you should consider running now ! Cause INFI tends to be addicting ! :)

Looks like it might be a one off Custom Shop piece based on AMS. Pretty cool score.
 
I agree with the AMS variant. Your knife is a beauty, will make a good user..... And a collection piece. Congrats!!!!

I thought that would be the case on the AMS variant. Good to have it directionally validated.

This is definitely a user. I have spent entirely too much money and wasted entirely too much time seeking out personal "grails" only to be disappointed that I wasn't actually using them and then getting my ass handed to me when I inevitably sold them off. So now I just use them all.

That looks like an AMS Variant with tan and black G-10 handle to me. Congrats on a beautiful score!

Welcome to the madness Bro!!! The AMS is now and has replaced my other blades as my EDC. I find the comfort of the hilt even in my big hands as a perfect two or three finger blade. Blade length is legal in most places and just a sweet blade all around. Congrats as yours is a Custom Beauty...
 
Thanks all! Stoked to have tracked this one down.

The AMS will be on its way to Eric at MashedCat tomorrow to get fitted up for a little kydex. Looking forward to rolling this in to my edc rotation. I suspect it will be my regular fixed blade edc going forward.
