New Busse SH-E for sale!!

SALE PENDING CONUS Buyers only - I have a new Busse Steel Heart E model for sale. I am no Busse expert but this is what I know:

** 100% MINT/unused - I know because I bought (ordered) it at 2000 Blade Show from Dave Roberson - their Sales Mgr. - at least he was then anyway. I am original owner.
** Black Crinkle Finish
** Black Diamond Micrata Scales
** 1/4 in thick
** Unused Busse factory sheath included.
** Yellow sharpening instruction sheet included (This has the assymetrical edge)

I have attached a picture of the knife. It is the first I could attach to this site correctly. We'll see how it looks. I have others so please email me for another pic. (lmcentire3@comcast.net)

Price is $450.00 (MO). I'll pay to package it up and buyer pays shipping (UPS ground) and insurance.

The first 'I'll take it" posted HERE to the forums gets it. Thank you very much for looking.
 
Just a friendly thought... I have done business with molletta before and it went very smoothly. I've always been hesitate about doing any business outside the US until the transaction with him. USPS will ship overseas and the Global Express charges where handle by molletta. He's a good guy to do business with. Just a FYI in case you're interested. Good luck with your sale.
 
yah, I dealt with Roberto in poland and it was all good, but it was my first overseas deal and I was very hesitant, I don't blame anyone for not dealing oconus

I'll second what Solstice said. I've done a couple of deals with molletta and both went very smoothly. :thumbup: :thumbup:
 
I appreciate everyone's comments. Obviously he is a good guy, and has earned the respect of many of you. I am trying to do the same. As I told him, it had nothing whatever to do with him or any vibe I was getting, but was going by what I was told at two USPS and the UPS Store (who wouldn't even touch it).

How do I ship it without telling the USPS what is in it? How did you guys do it? Anybody?
 
just do not offer the information. I have never been asked. If the do ask then say it is a piece of steel and some resin impregnated laminant.

It is easier to get forgiveness than permission.
 
I have shipped knives to Sweden, the Phillipines and the Netherlands and all went well. I go to a small town post office and just tell them it's a hunting knife.
 
Just shipped two knives to Sweden and one to France today - USPS. Declared them as a gift on the customs form - U.S. souvenirs.
 
I live in Canada. I haven't had any problems with stuff coming across the border. I think all you have to do is avoid the words "covert" and "deanimation". :)

In Italy a knife with two sharpened edge is a weapon and is not allowed to buy international, a knife that have only one edge is a camp tool and is allowed.
When knives are in Italy with "camp tool" declaration, customs see in package , if knives have one edge give the package.
