New Case medium toothpick, bit of wobble

I bought a new medium case toothpick and it has a bit of blade wobble.

None of of my other folders wobble at all so before I send it to case just wanted to see if there was any built play because its a long thin knife...probably a dumb question but it is brand new and the movement is smooth/crisp, just a bit of side wobble.

Surely someone has a large toothpick knife they can give a wiggle for me

I would say send it in. The last case (humpback stockman) also had too much play and is going back.

Send it back if you can, or try and fix it if the that is not an option. But some can live with a bit of side to side play, as long as it's not getting worst.

Thanks for the comments...if it were a used one I bought I would have used a brass punch to snug it up but being new, and I am using as a gift, I'll send it in...thx
