My new Chinook-II just arrived today -- all I can say is what a beefy knife. I'm very impressed.
Sal -- It seems that this one has a little play vertically, and a bit more side-to-side. Is this user correctable? Do I just attempt to tighten the star screws, or what? Maybe I'm just being too picky, but I'd appreciate any suggestions/insight you may have. TIA
