The meaning of the Spade logo with Omega symbol is as follows ...

The Omega indicates the lanyard-spool system (the cut in the blade is shaped like an Omega.) The spade is a known symbol for sword. The "1", of course indicates the first of the series incorporating this system which may or may not be limited to lanyard attachment in the future.

I picked one up from Gary (Moore) last week in green, fantastic work on these! Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it feels great in the hand, nice balance and feel to it. Love the lanyard attachment on it as well- very functional!
 
Man! These are some of the coolest little knives I have seen in awhile. Everything about them just speaks to me. If I hadn't just bought a new bow for hunting this season I would be looking all over the place to get one of these! Too cool!
