When will the new Beckers with the powder coatings and laser etching be available to buy,
and when will they start being sold by dealers such as Tomar's and the river store?
I really want a new Becker, but I want to wait until I can purchase the good stuff

I emailed Tomar's about this on Friday. They said right now they have no idea when they'll have them available.
 
I did mean the new stuff with the better coatings,
I could be wrong, but I don't think there ever was and ever will be a bad Becker (maybe the BK8, but Ethan didn't make that one)

I'm currently holding off on the BK9 until I can get one with the new coating. I thought Bladite said they are rolling out that way, now, but most places will move the old stock first. Who knows, that could mean March, it just depends on how stocked up the vendors are, I guess.
 
machax real soon now, tweeners for april, the rest when they get to it, no dates there, but old stock is low and they probably make what they need.
 
Well there is only 8 BK5's left at the river
So that means that the new ones might be here within the week!
I hope so, because I want a 5 now!!!!!

I am waiting to buy a new bk9 but I want the new coating and laser etch. Do you know when they will be available? And can you email me when they are available if you don't have a set date or ETA?



Their response was

We are not aware of any new BK-9 with etching being available.

they're confused. they will be aware soon.

the new blades will be laser etched. the old stuff is nearly gone, i'm sure.
